Terms of Service

VYCEHQ is a companion and community platform for Grand Theft Auto VI players and creators. It offers an evidence-backed map and guides, progress tracking, crew management, a clip editing studio and Discord community tools.

VYCEHQ is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of their respective owners.

Game information is published only when it is backed by a cited source or has passed review. It can still be incomplete or change after game updates, so treat it as guidance, not a guarantee.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a paid plan. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at hello@vanxh.dev if you think it has been compromised.

Paid plans (Player Plus, Creator Pro, Community Pro) are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars in advance. Current prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. Taxes may be added where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the cards and payment methods Stripe offers at checkout, including Visa and Mastercard. We never see or store your full card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

If we change a plan’s price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and limit paid features until it succeeds. We do not trade with or provide services to countries or persons subject to UAE, UN, US (OFAC) or EU sanctions.

You keep ownership of what you upload: clips, captions, submissions, crew pages and messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you and, for content you make public, to show it to others.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Footage you record of a game is subject to that publisher’s own policies. You are responsible for following them.

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it.

Connecting Discord or other services is optional. Their own terms apply to your use of them. The VYCEHQ bot only requests the permissions its features need, and you can disconnect it at any time.

The VYCEHQ name, emblem, software, original artwork and design belong to us. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the game this service relates to.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create legal risk, or abuse the service, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Ajman, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
