Privacy Policy

• Account data: email, display name, handle, password hash, and avatar. With Discord sign-in, your Discord ID, username and avatar.
• Activity: saved and completed markers, XP, achievements, crew membership, submissions and settings.
• Content: clips you upload, captions, exports, crew pages, tickets and messages.
• Community data: if you connect a Discord server, its ID, channels, roles and the events our bot needs to run your workflows.
• Billing: plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and security logs used to keep accounts safe.

To provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), to bill paid plans, to secure accounts and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), to send emails you asked for, and to meet legal obligations such as tax records.

We do not sell your personal data, show third-party ads, or use your content to train AI models.

We share data only with providers that run part of the service for us:

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the EU. We rely on their contractual safeguards for those transfers.

• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Deleted accounts: erased 14 days after you ask, so you can change your mind.
• Abandoned uploads: 2 days.
• Export files: 30 days.
• Transcripts of deleted clips: 90 days.
• Security and audit logs: 365 days.
• Data from a disconnected Discord server: 30 days.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Most of this is self-serve in Settings → Privacy, which offers a full data export and account deletion. For anything else, email hello@vanxh.dev. We reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the UAE Data Office or your local data protection authority.

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, signed and expiring download links, least-privilege access for the Discord bot, and audit logs for sensitive changes. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.

The service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
